In fact, in line with the previous edition, we will reflect on one of the most important dimensions of life: work. Work in its broadest, complex and bewitching sense: as a vocation, as a tool for social and individual empowerment, and – why not? – as a potential source of pleasure.

To this end, it is essential to take up the challenge, to take a new view of work. Some thinkers, entrepreneurs, storytellers are beginning to develop new strategies, pioneering renewal, but often they are not given the attention they merit. It is with them that we want to continue our journey this year. The invitation is open to anyone who would like to share his/her ideas, experience and optimism.

For this purpose, we can, or rather we must restart from, among others, books. If we do not dream, we cannot open up new perspectives and explore new avenues.
